Detailed description
The REXLINELIGHT is not a stand-alone luminaire but a continuous line system: 605 mm modules are assembled end to end to form light lines of the desired length. On a logistics floor or a large commercial space, this approach shifts most of the installation effort to fitting the support, the modules then being inserted without tools.
Applications
- Logistics platforms and warehouses, in continuous lines above the rack aisles.
- Workshops and production halls requiring even lighting over long bays.
- Large retail spaces and sales areas, in surface-mounted or suspended lines.
- Open commercial floors and long circulation areas.
Technical highlights
- 150 lm/W across the whole range: from 3,000 lm at 20 W up to 18,000 lm on the double version reaching 120 W. The single module covers 20 to 60 W.
- Six interchangeable PMMA optic angles: this is the strong point of the system. The same line can take a narrow beam above narrow aisles and a wide beam above preparation areas, without changing luminaire. The optic can also be replaced when the use of an area changes.
- DALI or 1-10 V drivers: the two most widespread dimming modes in commercial and industrial buildings. DALI allows addressing and grouping by zone, 1-10 V simpler analogue dimming.
- Quick tool-free mounting: the module locks mechanically and electrically in a single operation, which limits the time spent working at height.
- CRI above 70: colour rendering level suited to circulation, storage and production areas. For visual inspection or the sale of coloured items, a higher CRI should be targeted.
- Neutral white 4000 K, with suspension kits available for high ceilings.
The single module measures 605x56x54 mm, a slim section that remains discreet when surface-mounted. To size the installation, reason in terms of flux per linear metre rather than number of luminaires: it is the continuity of the line and the optic angle that determine uniformity on the floor.
