Detailed description
The REXBATTEN U-LOCK is a one-piece waterproof batten whose power and colour temperature are set on the product, by switch. This configurability changes the way a project is handled: instead of ordering several references, the installer fits a single model and adjusts it zone by zone at commissioning.
Applications
- Covered car parks and basements, in continuous lines above the traffic lanes.
- Warehouses, stockrooms and storage premises of moderate height.
- Workshops, garages and technical rooms exposed to dust and humidity.
- Circulation areas, service corridors and common areas of commercial buildings.
Technical highlights
- Power adjustable by switch: 20, 25, 30 or 40 W on the short version, 30, 40, 50 or 60 W on the long version. The flux ranges from 2,600 to 7,800 lm for an efficacy of 130 lm/W. In renovation, this setting makes it possible to correct on site an illuminance overestimated at the design stage.
- Switchable colour temperature: 3000 K, 4500 K or 6000 K. 3000 K for circulation areas and reception rooms, 4500 K for work, 6000 K for inspection areas. A single reference covers the three uses of the same building.
- Bridgelux LED pack combined with the 130 lm/W efficacy.
- IP65 and IK08: IP65 allows damp and dusty rooms as well as moderate jet cleaning; IK08 covers the usual impacts in car parks and stockrooms.
- Polycarbonate and aluminium body: the aluminium handles heat dissipation, the polycarbonate sealing and impact resistance.
- Quick connectors and through-wiring: battens are chained in series without intermediate junction boxes, which significantly reduces installation time on long runs.
Lengths range from 659 mm at 20 W to 1502 mm at 60 W. The choice is made in two steps: the length according to the installation grid and the desired spacing, then the power step according to the illuminance to be achieved. If the installation must cover several types of room, the adjustable version limits the number of references to stock and makes later replacements easier. We can calculate the appropriate spacing and setting from the dimensions of your premises.
