Detailed description
The F16 LED Linear High Bay is a linear high bay luminaire whose body folds up. This detail mainly changes logistics and installation: the fitting arrives in a small volume, unfolds on site and is quickly put in line, which matters when an entire hall has to be equipped working from a lift platform.
Where it fits
- Logistics warehouses and rack aisles, the linear shape naturally following the direction of the bays.
- Production halls and mechanical workshops.
- Order picking areas and covered docks.
- Storage premises under renovation, replacing suspended fluorescent lines.
What the specifications say
- Switchable power 150 / 185 / 225 W: the setting is made on the fitting. A single reference in stock covers several heights and several illuminance levels, and adjustment remains possible after commissioning if the use of the room changes.
- Colour temperature also selectable on the luminaire: handy for matching a building extension to the tint of the existing lighting.
- 150 lm/W, up to 33,750 lm: the maximum flux corresponds to the 225 W setting. At this flux level, points can be spaced further apart without creating dark areas between rows.
- IP40: protection against solid objects, with no protection against water. The F16 is a luminaire for dry interiors, to be kept away from areas cleaned with water jets and rooms subject to condensation.
- Aerospace-grade aluminium and range from -40 to +50 °C: it accepts unheated halls as well as hot spaces under steel deck roofs.
- Extension port for a motion sensor: detection is connected without any intervention on the driver or the power supply.
- 100,000 hours L70: at that point, the luminaire still retains 70 % of its initial flux.
- Suspended or ceiling mounting, depending on the available structure.
