DALLE VERTIGO LAB · Antibacterial IP65 Lighting

The DALLE VERTIGO LAB is a waterproof panel intended for rooms where contamination control comes first: cleanrooms, laboratories, preparation areas and treatment rooms. Its particularity is that it is sealed on both faces, front and back, which prevents exchanges of air and particles between the room and the plenum above.

Technical highlights

• IP65 sealing on both faces: a conventional panel is only sealed on the room side. By also sealing the back face, the plenum, which is rarely clean, is prevented from communicating with the room through the luminaire cut-out. This is the very reason for this model in a controlled environment.
• Antibacterial treatment of the front face: the exposed surface of the diffuser is treated, which limits bacterial growth between two cleanings.
• Polycarbonate diffuser tested with the 850 °C glow wire on the PC version, a characteristic required in particular for installations in high-rise buildings.
• IK07: impact resistance suited to indoor use, with trolleys and equipment passing by.
• 36 W for 3,600 lm, i.e. 100 lm/W, and a 48 W version delivering 4,500 lm when the required illuminance is higher, which is common in laboratories and treatment areas.
• 595×595 mm and 1195×295 mm formats: compatible with demountable suspended ceiling grids.

The decision rule is simple: if the room requires wet cleaning, regular disinfection or strict separation between the treated volume and the plenum, this panel is the model to choose in the VERTIGO range. Otherwise, a standard panel will be enough.
