Detailed description
The DALLE VERTIGO BEE-LINE stands out for its modular design: the LED modules are replaced independently of the frame. On a large installed base, this changes the nature of maintenance, since a one-off failure no longer requires removing the whole luminaire or searching for an identical reference several years after installation.
Applications
- Open-plan offices and commercial floors with a high density of workstations.
- Meeting rooms, training rooms and screen-based workspaces.
- Public buildings operated by in-house teams.
- Large installed bases for which the maintenance strategy is a selection criterion in its own right.
Technical highlights
- UGR below 18.1: a low value, below the threshold of 19 usually applied to screen work. The lower the UGR, the better controlled the luminance seen from the workstation, which means fewer reflections on screens and less fatigue at the end of the day.
- Interchangeable LED modules: maintenance concerns the source, not the whole luminaire. The frame, diffuser and fixing stay in place.
- 36 W for 4,320 lm, i.e. 120 lm/W: the ratio can be checked directly and places the panel above entry-level models of equivalent power.
- SDCM below 3 over 55,000 hours: colour stability is maintained over time, not only at commissioning. On a floor where the panels are not all replaced at the same time, this is what avoids visible differences in tint from one area to another.
- TUV certification, as stated by the manufacturer.
- Thickness of 21.8 mm, in 595×595 mm and 1195×295 mm formats, compatible with common suspended ceiling grids.
This model is aimed at building owners who reason in terms of operating cost over time rather than purchase price. If the building has an in-house maintenance team and a homogeneous base of several hundred panels, modularity pays for itself from the very first interventions. If the installation is a one-off and operation is outsourced, a non-modular model may be enough.
