The oval version of the ACOUSLIGHT Form series measures 1,200 mm along its greatest length. Its elongated shape with rounded ends naturally follows the axis of a meeting table, whereas a rectangular luminaire imposes a more rigid geometry on the ceiling. It delivers 5,000 lumens for 50 W.

Technical highlights
- 1,200 mm in length: a dimension that covers a standard meeting table with a single fitting, or that can be repeated in a line for longer tables.
- 50 W for 5,000 lm: a rating matched to the levels expected in a meeting room, where the aim is to balance document legibility with comfort during videoconferencing.
- Polycarbonate optic diffusing at 105 degrees: the wide opening spreads the flux over the whole table rather than creating a central spot, which avoids differences in illuminance between participants seated at the ends and those in the middle.
- Dual emission, downwards and towards the inside of the luminaire: the illuminated inner part creates a controlled halo that softens the contrast between the luminaire and the ceiling, a comfort factor when occupants look up.

The oval shape is chosen first for compositional reasons: it suits rounded tables and ceilings where orthogonal repetition is to be avoided. Photometrically, it compares with the other formats of the Form series, in particular the circular and square variants. If your room needs a higher flux over a wider area, look at those versions.
