Detailed description
The Magnum Future LED XL is a 78 W site floodlight delivering 9500 lm. Its distinctive feature is its dual function: it lights and it distributes power. Its two Schuko sockets make it a power relay for tools or for the next luminaires, with daisy-chaining stated for up to sixteen additional units.
Applications
- Structural and finishing work sites, for workstation as well as area lighting.
- Work in basements and windowless rooms, where every available socket counts.
- Sheltered outdoor sites and night work.
- Industrial maintenance and repairs, with the tripod offered as an option.
- Temporary lighting lines to be powered from a single point.
Technical highlights
- 78 W for 9500 lm: a level that treats a complete work area, not just a single workstation.
- Frosted polycarbonate diffuser: it spreads the light over the whole front face instead of concentrating it on bare LED points. In practice, a worker facing the floodlight experiences a much lower source luminance, and therefore less discomfort and less visual fatigue over a whole day.
- Two Schuko sockets and daisy-chaining up to sixteen units: a single starting socket is enough to equip an area, which reduces the number of cable reels and trailing cables.
- IP54: resistant to dust and splashing water, consistent with building use.
- IK10: the highest level on the impact resistance scale, a decisive criterion for a fitting handled and moved every day.
- 5 m H07RN-F cable: flexible rubber sheath, designed for mobile use in difficult conditions.
- 3.5 kg, with a tripod option for quick raising.
This model is mainly justified if your constraint is as much electrical as lighting-related: on a site where power points are scarce, the relay function avoids multiplying extension leads and crossing circulation routes. If you only need light, a simple floodlight will be lighter and less expensive. Tell us about your site organisation to refine the choice.
