LED gymnasium lighting for municipalities and local authorities

Renovating your municipal gymnasium lighting

Municipal gymnasiums run 60 to 80 hours a week, often with ageing fluorescent or metal halide luminaires. Switching to LED cuts consumption by 50 to 70%, eliminates tube maintenance and immediately improves playing comfort. Rexylum supports local authorities in the 64, the 65 and across the greater South-West.

Multi-sport = multi-standard

A hall often hosts basketball, handball, volleyball, badminton and school use. We size the lighting for the most demanding sport: FFBB H1-H3 ratings, FFT indoor requirements and EN 12193 levels for school use. IK08+ ball-impact protection and controlled UGR are non-negotiable.

Smart control: half of the savings

Presence detection by zone, dimming by use (training, match, cleaning) and DALI time scheduling: smart control adds 20 to 30% savings on top of the LED gain.

Public procurement and financing

We provide municipalities and groupings of municipalities with the complete technical file: DIALux photometric study, product data sheets, return on investment calculation and the CEE section. Everything you need for your tender or funding application (DETR, ANS, federation schemes).

The photometric study

Rexylum is the professional LED luminaire brand of Luminance Consulting, a lighting solutions consultancy since 2013. Before proposing any equipment, an engineer comes to measure your site and models the installation in DIALux: illuminance levels, uniformity, glare, dimensioned layout plan, power balance and false-colour rendering. This photometric study includes the site visit, and the report belongs to you.

We then quantify the energy savings, the payback period and the financing · long-term leasing, remaining eligibility for energy-saving certificates. See the details of the lighting audit and the standards compliance service.
