Detailed description
The Fluxo Sport 20A is a 450 W to 1250 W stadium floodlight, sized for large sports facilities. Its signature lies as much in its power, up to 175,300 lm, as in its control options: Bluetooth, DALI 2, 0/10 V and DMX coexist on the same fitting.
Which sites
- Stadiums and main pitches requiring several dozen floodlights per installation.
- Sports complexes open to the public, where lighting is to be modulated between training, competition and broadcasting.
- Installations wanting dynamic light effects before the match or at half-time, via DMX control.
- Large outdoor areas to be treated by switchable zones.
Control and implementation
DMX opens the way to synchronised light sequences, DALI 2 to addressed management luminaire by luminaire, and 0/10 V to integration into an existing technical supervision system. Bluetooth is mainly used for on-site adjustment without going back up in a lift. An often overlooked point: aiming is set to within half a degree. On a twenty-five metre pole, half a degree already represents several metres on the ground, and it is this precision that separates uniformity matching the calculation from an installation that lights beside its target.
Technical highlights
- 450 W to 1250 W, from 59,900 to 175,300 lm, for an efficacy of up to 140 lm/W depending on the version.
- 20 kV surge protection: essential at the top of a pole, where the installation is directly exposed to lightning.
- IP66 and IK10: tight against dust and water jets, at the highest level of impact resistance on the IK scale.
- Cold-forged pure aluminium body: a process that favours the thermal conductivity of the material, and therefore the removal of the heat produced by the LEDs.
- 15.8 kg in the 1250 W version: a figure to include in the load calculation for the pole and mounting plates, just like wind load.
Choose this model if your project requires both high unit power and fine management of lighting scenarios. If dynamic control is not on the agenda, a floodlight with simple control will suffice and will cost less to implement. Final sizing always goes through calculation: send us the dimensions of the area, the height of the poles and the required illuminance for a layout study.
